We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return, please note that shipping/handling/processing fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with holder or sleeve, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

in the unlikely case of an error from our side, we will email a return label to send the purchase back, upon receiving the item we will inspect it and if we decide there was an error we will issue a full refund within 5 business days including the shipping/handling/processing fees. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@arabellabanknotes.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to return it back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and take the correct steps to make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for any reason, like bullion-based coins (Gold silver, and other precious metals), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and final sale items.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or coin care chemicals. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on wholesale items or gift cards.

Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receiving the return and will be refunded back to the original method of payment, in case of a decline to refund to a card we will mail out a check (to the original shipping address of purchase) minus the original payment processing fees (usually 3.5% or 6.5% on layaway plans)
